Helping others

  • Every day, ask one person the question "how was your day?" or "how are you feeling?" and then listen to them
  • You may find that by letting that person talk to you for 2, 5 or 10 minutes it may have made them feel less stressed for being able to share
  • Listening is an important quality, and this exercise allows us to truly engage with those around us every day!

  • This will help us develop the feeling of community with our family/peers - which is something we all need currently!
